Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Bjelić
Founder and Managing Partner
Aleksandar Bjelić studied International Technical Sales and earned a PhD in Economics with a focus on Risk Management in Contemporary Organizations.
He served as a lecturer at Aalen University for over 15 years and has been a professor at the University of Belgrade since 2020. As a shareholder in three companies and a member of various advisory boards, he contributes his expertise to support businesses.
My core areas of focus lie in the strategic alignment and operational optimization of medium-sized enterprises. I have extensive expertise and experience in turnaround management, profitability improvement, restructuring, efficiency and lean management, and operational excellence.
My work in cost and revenue optimization, sales excellence, sourcing, and procurement has significantly contributed to the strategic realignment and operational enhancement of numerous companies in recent years.
Heiko Barth
Founder and Managing Partner
Heiko Barth studied Business Administration at FHW Pforzheim.
With 25 years of professional experience, he has held various management positions at a global market leader in the consumer goods sector, gaining extensive expertise both domestically and internationally.
Among his most successful projects are the founding and development of subsidiaries and joint ventures in the Asia-Pacific region.
He lectured for two years in block seminars at Alanus University and currently serves as an advisory board member.
My core areas of expertise include the restructuring of companies, sales optimization, sales excellence, internationalization projects, export business development, process chain optimization, as well as leadership excellence and change management.
